Today, my boyfriend said he felt like eating icing. So I baked him cupcakes, put icing on them and decorated them. When I handed them to him, he picked off the decoration, licked the icing and handed the cupcake back to me, saying, "I told you that's all I wanted." FML

Well he did tell you that's what he wanted...

Wow. Your boyfriend is a bit ungrateful, huh. He could've at least said thank you for making them, even if he didn't want them.

I would have done the same thing he did. I make icing just for the icing. Screw the rest of it.

My boyfriend asked for cupcakes today, and i made it with icing and topping. But he only ate the cupcake and the toppings, saying he had enough icing. Are you stealing my boyfriend? I know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my boyfriend go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will ice you.

That was real nice of you but he did say thats all he wanted. Sometimes extra effort is not needed when it isn't going to be appreciated. Next time just give him the whole box of icing.

Why mess up perfectly good icing? She could just hide it for herself.

It's true he said he only wanted icing, but then he should've gotten off his butt to either get some himself, or stop you in the process of making the cupcakes..

Keep the cupcakes to yourself, and give him the mixing bowl you used for icing? Win win.

Give the cupcakes to someone that cares. As for the icing give it to him and let him get a stomach ache from it. Lesson learned.
