Today, my brother's refused to shower after 2 weeks of dripping sweat and never changing clothes. He claims the smell is just his "manly musk" and if I can't handle it, then maybe I'm the problem. FML

Today, I had to supervise my 9 year-old nephew taking a shower, because he won't wash with soap or shampoo unless someone makes him. Instead, he blows three-inch-long green and brown boogers out of his nose that dangle from his nostril. He's disgusting and hasn't even hit puberty yet. This is future of the world. FML

My husband is a Brony and he is turning 30 in 2014, he is the boss of a major internet company in Australia that offers internet support and security to many well known companies. He is isn't a pimply-faced adult who doesn't use deodorant and only shower once a week, and he is the polar opposite of being girly. Sorry to burst your idiot brothers bubble. I use to tease the crap out of him for liking MLP but its alot more common than you think when I looked into it, I'd hate to stereotype but I still think it's really girly.

While I'm the first to agree that it's okay to like something you are "too old" for, your brother is an idiot for basically calling children "fake fans". This is what I hate about this new wave of people who like something that's generally unheard of or uncommon, they think they are the only ones entitled to like it. The show IS geared towards a younger audience and he is by no means a "true fan" if he doesn't get that. Kindof makes me wonder what the show is doing now because it didn't have that many adult themes to begin with... Also although your brother sounds like an annoying person, you should really stop being a closed-minded judgmental shit. Just because HE might be like that doesn't mean all adult fans of the show are. Not liking the show is fine but there's no need to insult other people.

My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic was intended to be bearable for parents to watch with their children. It wasn't ever made for the brony fandom. Granted, Hasbro is being very generous towards bronies, and support the brony fandom, it's not a show for the bronies, its a show for younger kids.
