Today, I caught my boyfriend trying to dispose of several empty alcohol bottles, leading to a discussion how dating me and putting up with my insanity has given him a drinking problem just so he can get through the day. Me catching him seemed to be the wake up call he needed, because he dumped me. FML

Today, my boyfriend went to his friends house to drink. He told me he’s a happy drinker, and I believed him. He calls me drunk about three hours later and tells me he’s been thinking about cheating on me for a long time, and that he also thinks about "being with other women." FML

Just one word: RUN! You will not be able to fix him, his issues will only get worse and at the end he may even get violent. Leave him and live better life in the future

Tell him he’s also a grown-ass alcoholic. Grown-ass men have responsibilities and should listen to reason and constructive criticism in order to be good partners and good people.
