Blankity Blank

Today, I finally got to conduct my first questioning of a suspect, who had been arrested in connection with a car theft. As I recited the Miranda warning to him, my mind went totally blank, and after a few seconds, he sarcastically continued the speech for me. FML

I find it hilarious that he knows it well enough to recite under pressure yet its your job to remember it and you mindblanked.

The Miranda warning sounds like you are just trying to stop that chick, Miranda from math class, before she knocks over your desk like the hulk...the Miranda Rights are a legitimate constitutional requirement

I love how many people "know" their rights from fictional or bad television.

I know my Miranda Rights because I took Criminal Justice lol but it's okay, people have their days.

When your wife Miranda said, '' try not to **** this one up,'' you ignored Miranda's warning.

You should know that they are Miranda Rights, not warnings.

Let me guess they transferred you to 21 jump street

and yet there is no factual evidence of Jurisdiction. a city/state is a type of corporation, look into the laws. now how can somebody be physically within a corporation when it is simply a fictitious idea?

Maranda warning? You're an idiot, not only could you not recite it, you dont know what it's called. They are the maranda rights. It's telling them their rights.. Not warning them of anything...
