Bye bye!

Today, my boyfriend and I stressed out preparing for our one week holiday. We packed for the whole day, said goodbye to everyone and arrived at the airport quite exhausted after a 45-minute train ride. Turns out our flight isn't until tomorrow. The check-in lady couldn't stop laughing. FML

I never understood people who stress about going on holiday. For ****'s sake, just throw some shit in a bag, get on the plane, and enjoy yourselves!

Taking punctuality to a whole new level.

Don't tell anyone you didn't leave, so you don't have to tell everyone goodbye again. Then go home and get some sleep. This could be a positive thing.

Yes, totally with you on that one.

No biggie. Stay at a local cheap hotel and relax for a day before the vacation starts. It probably would be easier and cheaper than taking the train home and back again.

At least you and your boyfriend were in agreement over the date. You two are going to make a great couple because you seem to both be ditzy in the exact same way. I feel sorry for your future kids who are going to show up for school thinking the moon is a planet, birds are not animals and that you get colds from being cold.

Um..the moon is a planet. It's the only one made of cheese. Didn't you ever pay attention in astrology? Geez...

#20, I didn't take Astrology. I took Scantron.

Then I assume you know everything there is about Christmas trees. I can understand the moon mistake now.

Well, at least your not going to miss your flight. It could've been worse. You could've been a day late.

It's an FML because you are 45 minutes from home and stressed? Lame. Go back and try again tomorrow. YDI

Could be worse, you could have forgotten something. :D

OP, did you screw up the date range of your time off work, too? How far does this go?
