Condoms are free at the health department. Meanwhile, dump him because it doesn't sound like he is putting effort into your relationship if he cannot even secure some condoms.

I have to agree with all the posts saying its probably a fake excuse. Honestly, does it matter wether he has no interest in sex with you or he really is that cheep? Either way that isn't someone I'd want to be in a relationship with.

You have no idea what his income is, he could be incredibly broke and really not able to afford things that aren't the basics, like food and electricity and rent. If they are good for each other though, the not-having-sex thing shouldn't be a huge problem, and if it is, maybe they aren't quite good for each other?? It IS possible to have a good emotional relationship without a physical one. Look at people who fall in love over the internet, or asexuals who aren't aromantics.

Its obvious that no sex is a problem for OP, or it wouldn't be an FML. Not to mention, free condoms are given out all over the place, but even if he couldn't find them... 5$ for couple of sexy nights is too much?!
