Let me tell ya, OCD is not fun
Just tell her next time you are just going to use sanitizer for your hands
I'm seeing people excuse the manager's actions because "she has OCD, she can't help it". I can tell you right now that that's bs. It's true that she can't help how things make her feel, but she can absolutely control whether or not she sprays chemicals on people. It's incredibly difficult, learning to live with a mental disorder, but plenty of us manage it and I'm sure that with time and effort, OP's manager could as well. Using a disorder as an excuse to cause totally avoidable harm to others is just wrong.
correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't that be classed as assault?
Isn't that like assault.. On your hands?
Doesn't really matter if she has OCD or not. Yes, it is a serious problem, but you shouldn't have to suffer from her illness. She either need to get help for it or stop working with people.

Time to work on you "trash basketball" my friend
OCD sucks. I can say that she really can't help it. I've been there, and everyone gets annoyed with me over my "quirks" too. I know it sucks for you OP, but your manager really can't control it. It sucks for all parties involved
