My god, what an idiot. If people are honking at you, that means that they're trying to tell you that a.) something is wrong b.) you're a horrible driver or c.) you're a douche for blasting music out of your car, some of us don't want to listen to your bullshit.

Unless this event happened twice, it's a repeat. "I thought I was cool-" All you needed to say for things to end in disaster. :)

It's not about how people "like loud music" or it "sounds better" or anything about people telling you how to "live your life." It's a matter of complete disrespect for those around you. People in other cars do not want to hear your shitty music and your pisashit car rattling with the bass you think sounds so "cool." How about waking up a sick baby in the car next to you? How about scaring small children who are afraid of loud noises? Or, you know, hardworking responsible adults who would probably appreciate being able to hear ANYTHING around them, like traffic or a car honking . . it's a flipping traffic hazard. Yes, it's your life and you should be able to do what you want, but other people have lives they are trying to lead too, and it doesn't include having your crappy obnoxious music forced upon them.

For once I disagree with Snick, just because they were "blasting" their music doesn't necessarily mean it was loud enough to piss everyone off. I have a mediocre system in my car, CD player one sub and an amp, and even when I turn it up loud the bass is only just audible on the outside of the car, and with my windows up you can't hear the actual music at all. And everyone else crying "YDI for trying to be cool" get over yourselves, most people that own a car that can play music have, at some stage, turned their music up because their fave song comes on or they're down or whatever, and it makes them feel good. FYLs for thinking that ripping in to people on FML makes you cool..

Wow you're all such a bunch of freakin douches! Get over yourselves! I'm willing to bet that just about everyone screaming "douch for playing loud music" has at some point done it themselves! How do you know she was blasting it obnoxiously loud?! The sound may have been contained within her car, he windows could've been up, and she probably didn't even have a sound system, she just wanted to listen to a song she really liked up a little louder than usual. Get over yourself you supremist idiots.
