For what it's worth, if it's one of the friendlier ones that are okay as pets, like an Emperor scorpion, then he probably won't even want to sting you. For things that look like spider-lobster abominations, they're actually kind of cute in their own way... but FYL if you have to sleep knowing that thing is running around! Check your shoes before you put them on...
