Sitting is bad for you anyways. It makes your ass spread out wide. As bad as a shapely ass covered in festering carbuncles and oozing pimples is, so much the worse if it's a wide, fat ass! Who wants to share a pepperoni pizza with me?

When you shower, putting acne medication on a loofa might help. Sitting on a pillow or tube might help. Still see a dermatologist though. And try not to feel embarrassed. He's most likely heard or seen worse.

Dentists get people with nasty rotten teeth, hairstylists get people with bad dandruff, vets have to put down perfectly healthy animals. Not every profession is all smiles and rainbows. Besides, there are tons of other really gross (sometimes highly contagious) skin disorders a dermatologists sees.

It has nothing to do with cleanliness tho. It's most usual to get acne on your face, then there's a few people who get it on shoulders and on their butt. It's just acne, but a pain.
