You can get him fired for that, or at very least punished (fined, suspended without pay, have to take a course that will leave a mark on his record). That's harassment and simply disgusting... Don't let him get to you OP.

Firstly, complain to HR about the guy. Next rebuke him loudly for making fun of your anorexia in front of you in front of your coworkers. He deserves to be shamed. And if this continues, tell your boss. Toxic guys like him deserve no place in the workforce.
