This is workplace harassment.. Just bring it up with your supervisor a did it persists then bring it up to HR.. Make it very clear that you our uncomfortable with the situation and want it to stop

I've been anorexic for 10 years now and currently in recovery. I'm so sorry that happened to you OP, I know how hurtful comments like that can be. I agree with the others, you should report it or confront him yourself. Anorexia kills more people than any other mental illness, so it's really not cool that he said that to you and he needs to be taught a lesson before he hurts you or someone else again. Just don't let assholes like that bring you down, you're beautiful and amazing no matter what! :D

Don't let that get to you he is worthless scum. He doesn't understand how hard it is. I have had bulimia for years and overcome it but my mind will never be the same.
