There's this new and amazing feature called BLOCKING NUMBERS. USE IT.
Not every phone has that function. Windows Phones don't have that.
Don't reply anymore. Block his number. If he texts you with another number, ignore it. Replying him would only give him the impression that you are interested since you are paying attention to him.
Ignore your stalker or just block the number.
Just one of the many reasons why I don't bother having 'texting' on my phone. Waist of time and money.

That fee could have got you a new number...but since you know it's international ignore it and get a a new number/phone.,,
Long distance stalking never works out. You should find someone local who can peer into your windows at night. Check Craigslist.
