Today, my husband and I were role playing to keep our marriage alive. His character was a deranged stalker while I was the helpless girl. My neighbor thought I was really being chased so she called the cops. Once they came we explained the whole story and got a fine for disturbing the peace. FML

If she made a point of finding a way to look into their window, then they wouldn't be in trouble, however, you can get in trouble for exposing yourself. For example, if you walk around naked in your house and you have a big livingroom window open, and people can see you plainly, and you are purposely exposing yourself, then yes, you get in trouble.

YDI for taking the game outside. I would much rather have my neighbor call the cops thinking I was really in danger(even from my hubby) than not do anything and me get murdered if the situation had been real.

And how are the cops stupid in this situation? They were called over for something incredibly stupid when they could've been bettering society. It's the OPs fault she was loud enough for the neighbour to hear. And for all of you who say it's the neighbour's fault, I hope a psychotic axe-weilding drunkard high on shrooms bursts into your house and severs your body, while your neighbours who can clearly hear everything not even give a damn. But obviously, since this comment is so far down no one will even read it. xP
