a 7 minute video can't get you in shape.. and what's with all the people here who are telling you to get in shape?!! all shapes are beautiful, you don't need to change.
as someone who understands this just do what you can. and keep pushing to do more each time. Modify to get through and then work on no modifications!
Don’t let that discourage you! It’s actually completely normal to not be able to make it completely through the first workout. Just keep pushing, OP. I believe in you!
Don’t feel bad. Those videos are made to be hard to get through. I tried one a week ago (after not full blown exercising for almost 3 years), and couldn’t make it through the second exercise. It just takes patience. Keep at it, and you’ll be able to make it through.
if its the one that encourages you to do the most repetitions you can of an activity for 30 seconds with 10 second rests between, just take it easy and do less repetitions in each segment.
Keep at it! You’ll get there but don’t give up
