I'd make her pay for the damages to your teeth and then dump her. That's completely unacceptable and you deserve someone more reasonable than that.
tough girl
THREE YEARS OLD. seriously wtf
A woman who punches a man is brave and defending herself? Really? She knocked his tooth out and that it completely ****** up. I've had my teeth knocked out when I was younger and it took years of dental work to fix it. It's not an, oh, haha thing, that's serious shit. Even punching someone is a bitch move, especially without knowing the circumstances. Any person that uses violence to deal with relationship problems is a person with an anger management problem. And it is completely unfair to put a double standard on it. Like, "oh a guy that punches a girl is horrible but if a girl punches a guy she's defending herself." It's completely terrible either way. Violence in a relationship is completely unacceptable, no matter which person is doing it. Yes, most girls are weaker than guys, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't hurt if they punched you. It would still hurt a lot.
You need to leave her. Now. She is an abusive bully. She has NO RIGHT to punch ANYONE in the face, EVER. Yet, she did it to you without hesitation (causing you to lose a tooth) after assuming you had cheated on her. What will she do with the next imagined wrong-doing? And the next? And the next?
