Good guy

Today, I had a seizure at my boyfriend's. The second I began to seize, he cursed and picked me up, dropping me on the floor complaining, "Now I have to clean the damn couch." I had urinated because I had no control over my body. The couch is still stained. He dumped me for ruining his furniture. FML

well at least now you can find a guy who can actually HELP you when you are seizing. and now that you are not seizing and free of that jerk you get to laugh when you think of what you did to his couch =)

Well, honestly, who wants a girlfriend that has seizures? She sounds like a pile of medical bills waiting to happen. Hitch that to my life? No thanks, there are plenty of other people in the dating pool.

You are such a jerk! i get seizures and have a wonderful bf who cares dearly for me. There are good men out there who won't care if their gf is disabled.

@ #10: I am epileptic and I had a seizure while on medication. You know, little pills aren't always miracle drugs. @ #107: Sure, he doesn't have to date her, but he doesn't have to throw her on the floor either. @ #108: YOU are the biggest douche ever, and obviously know nothing about epilepsy. I have seizures about once every year or so... sorry but I'm not going to walk around in diapers, considering that I have also never pissed myself in ten years of being epileptic. FYL for being a ********. @ #111: I sincerely hope you get into a car accident that leaves you half-paralyzed and your future wife (if you can even find one) dumps your ass and leaves you to a life of loneliness because you're a "pile of medical bills."

Wishing ill will on others brings ill will on yourself. Enjoy your seizures. :D

I'm doing just fine with my seizures, thanks. They're under control... I've only had a few, and someone in the sky thought well enough of me to save my life when I was driving and crossed two lanes of oncoming traffic while having a seizure. As for you, being a dick doesn't get you very far in life. FYL.

oh my that horrible how can he care for his couch and not you? I mean what would he get pissed off if his mom had a seizure and pissed on the couch too? Anyways its good your not with him no more. If a guy threw me on floor for having a seizure you know for sure he would've been punch in the balls.

Wow, people who are saying YDI are mean D:

Everyone saying she deserved it... what the hell is wrong with you?! First off, she didn't say she was epileptic, so what if this was the first time? You don't have to be epileptic to have seizures. Second of all, anyone who puts the value of their COUCH higher than that of a human life deserves a shit of horrible things to happen to them. No, the bf doesn't have to stay with her forever. Some people can't handle serious medical situations. Fine. Bow out gracefully. But to dump a seizing person on the floor... that could have really hurt her. And you've got to assume that, if he was cruel and stupid enough to dump her on the floor, then he's not gonna watch her to make sure she doesn't swallow her tongue or keep her from hurting herself (as seizing can often result in). People, listen up, 'cause this is why the world has gone to shit. Nobody gives a rats ass about anyone else. Things matter more than people. Which is RIDICULOUS. I'm not saying let's all sing around singing "Kumbaya" and holding hands. But is it too much to show common decency? Really? In closing... OP- ignore all of these assholes on here that say YDI. Karma's a bitch and they'll get there's. And you'll find someone who isn't a chicken shit and a total douchebag (trust me, you're better off without your ex-bf).

I have epilepsy and get little seizures here and there. It sucks and I know how you feel when it comes to not being able to control your body. :-( As for your bf, hopefully ex now, he's a huge jerk! my bf accepts me for who i am even when i get those stupid seizures. i've never had an accident like you did, but i went unconscious in a movie theatre one time watching "Taken" and rather than complaining that he wasted money on me, he was worried for me. I can't even drive myself cuz of my epilepsy, but he drives me. Find yourself a man that will accept you for who you are. There's good men out there who will accept you no matter if u get seizures.

my bad. he is your ex now thank God! you don't want to be with an a$$hole like him!
