Your teacher lost control of the classroom. After a brief discussion of the controversial question, the teacher should have told the irate student that they could discuss it outside the classroom. To let one student hijack a class for a half hour is bad practice.
once you hit high-school, a screaming student should sent out of class. let the office handle them. Regardless of what the student is screaming about the teacher can't deal with them and teach the rest of the class at the same time. injury, anger, or any perceived injustice is the sort of thing school's have auxiliary staff for. and if it is a problem with the teacher, what good is screaming at them going to do. Around here we have packed class rooms, and not enough teachers on staff I don't want them to then have to calm down a student because they can't act like a grown ass adult.
this site is less interesting lately. half the posts are like ‘a thing happened to another person and I didn’t like it.’ your life sounds fine
People have been commenting that exact same comment since we launched in 2009. There's gotta be something for everyone, and we can only post stories users submit, so… if you don't like one FML, move on to the next one, we post one every two hours (approximately).
