Hard to beat

Today, my cat peed on my bra. I didn't realize this until after I arrived at work for my 12-hour shift. Now I'm trying to wash my bra out in the sink and stuff paper towels down it to soak up the moisture. Only 10 more hours to go, and the smell of cat pee is still lingering. FML

Ever stepped in dog poop and walked around for a while only to realize hours later you smell of dog poop? Sometimes you can't tell right away.

Ever have a cat piss on anything you own ever? That smell is penetrating. It's much sharper than dog shit. If you pick up something that a cat pissed on, especially something small like a bra, you can tell it's been pissed on, which is why this post confuses the straight bejesus out of me. Did OP not notice the bra was wet when she put it on? Or notice a stain, unless it was black? And how on earth can you miss the smell until you got to work? If she drove there, she's in a small confined space with a urine-soaked article of clothing on! If she walked there, that should be plenty of time to notice!

OP COULD have been in the shower, there fore making her wet (not noticing the wetness of the bra) and cat pee doesn't always instantly pee, I know that the times when my cat has peed on my clothing it didn't smell until its completely dry.. So shower, get to work, smell kicks in..

Who said she left her bra on the floor? My cats climb far and wide all throughout my house, reaching the weirdest places. OPs cat could have been in her dresser or whatnot.

Damn, some people have pretty good reading skills. At no point did it say she left her bra on the floor. I wish I could delve into cyberspace and come out of the other side of an FML to know more about the post than is given, too. THAT would be a cool power.

Take an early break and run to nearest store. Even if its just a sports bra, anything is better than the smell of cat pee.
