Hard to beat

Today, my cat peed on my bra. I didn't realize this until after I arrived at work for my 12-hour shift. Now I'm trying to wash my bra out in the sink and stuff paper towels down it to soak up the moisture. Only 10 more hours to go, and the smell of cat pee is still lingering. FML

Same thing different taste

Today, I was in class and noticed that it smelled strongly of cat urine. I smelled my shoulder and realized that my cat had peed on my sweater. I had six hours of classes left, and the smell had permeated my shirt. FML

Today, I woke up and stepped on a wet jacket. After smelling what it was, it turns out the cat had peed all over my laundry, especially the waterproof jacket, and after attempting to clean it up, it dripped everywhere and the entire apartment now smells like cat piss. FML

Today, during my shift as a vet nurse, I picked up a gorgeous cat for cuddles, only to discover it was covered with pee. And now I am too. I still have 4 hours of my shift. FML

Today, I woke up to find out my cat pissed in my laundry from last night. This includes underwear, so I had to go commando. I grabbed an old T-shirt and pants at the bottom of a drawer and left for school. Turns out the pants had a hole in the crotch and my period was due. FML

Today, while at work, I used the restroom. After I noticed we were out of paper towels, I just tried shaking my hands dry. I then readjusted my bra, since it'd been driving me crazy all day. After getting back to my cubicle, I realized that I had two wet handprints over my boobs. FML

Today, while at the gym, I noticed a foul smell while on elliptical machine. I figured it was the little old lady on the machine next to me. It was so bad I had to leave. When I got in my truck, I realized the smell had followed me. It was me. My cat had pissed on my workout clothes. FML

Today, I was at orientation for my new job. There were only 6 other people in the training. Throughout the whole entire training, I kept smelling cat piss and moved further away from the other person, only to later get in my car and realize my cat had peed in my purse. FML

Today, I was drying off with a towel after coming in from outside. I noticed that the bathroom smelled like cat pee, so I sniffed all around to find out where my cat peed. Turns out, he peed on the towel that I was drying myself off with. FML

I have cats (none of them act alike) and volunteered at a cat shelter. Cat pee isn't that strong when they're fixed compared to when they are unfixed. No need to worry about males spraying their territory! That smell is hard to get out. Maybe OP's cat is fixed? That could be why it took her a while to notice.

Grab some tape. Go into the bathroom. Carefully fold some paper towels, then tape them over your breasts or onto the inside of your shirt. Problem solved. There will likely be some skin irritation, but surely less than a wet, urine soaked bra would cause. Otherwise, just let them hang free, but I'm assuming that since you went through all this trouble that the thought of people seeing the outline of your nipples through your shirt embarrasses you too much for that.

How did you not notice the smell as soon as you put it on?? Cat pee is insanely strong. Either your cat pees in inappropriate places often enough that you don't notice the smell anymore, or you need your sinuses checked.

How dumb are you to not notice a cat/dog or anything has pissed in your under garments? Do you generally wear semi wet others? Or do you always wear clothes that smell to not notice that?
