Eh, some people are being a bit harsh on the husband. Assuming that he didn't know the mother-in-law was in the house at all, in which case he deserves it! But couples can be silly with each other on occasion. I wouldn't say that occasionally waving your dick around makes you too immature to be married. If I had a dick I'd probably do the same. (If it was something he did several times a day, despite knowing it was obnoxious, that's a different matter)
