You sure it was dandruff and not from some hairspray (used too much and thus, the dried part came flying off), baby powder (yes, baby powder helps when it comes to making your hair less oily), or some other form of powder (that is similar to baby powder)? There are a lot of hair products out there and unless you saw dandruff on her hair when she came close, I doubt that it was dandruff.
