How could you do this to me?

Today, I learned I'm not allergic to gluten. My mom has kept me on a gluten-free diet since I was 5. She was convinced I was allergic to it. I'm 25 and I am writing this over my first slice of pizza in 20 years. FML

dude i can't believe your mom did that to you. gluten is ******* delicious. lol everything that has gluten in it taste ******* awesome lol. your mom robbed you of something awesome.

Haha your soooo lucky is "normal" pizza good???????

I wish my mom did that when I was at little age. You're so lucky, I'm trying very hard to stay away from flour, pizza, bread, etc... everything that has gluten.

Gluten free diets are supposedly very healthy. So in a way, it was a good thing!

No, it isn't. Eating gluten free food when you do not have an allergy or intolerance for it is very bad for you.

Sounds like your mon was just being considerate and careful with your diet. Besides, gluten isn't healthy anyways. But anyways, enjoy your pizza.

Maybe she was trying to keep you from becomming the fat pig that you are now.

Be glad you have pizza now. Some of us are stuck with that allergy for our whole life... And if we even come into contact with gluten risk, you know, dying.
