Natural bodily functions aren't gross but that doesn't mean they can't be unsanitary which is why people SHOULD wash their hands after dealing with bodily fluids whether it be blood, urine, or feces. It is, in fact, a health concern.

Maybe she didn't have one, and it was the last bus that could get her to her job on time which is why she couldnt bleed into her uniform, or get off, find a bathroom, and wait an hour or whatever for the next.

And I am beyond disgusted at your lack of empathy and comprehension. Sure, it probably wasn't pretty to witness; but when unexpected things happen you gotta improvise. Also, being a male and pulling your crotch out wouldn't be the same since we don't bleed down there, so there would be no reason at all for a man to do that. OP did have a reason. As a man, I'm sorry you had to go through that OP.

You can still have a period with an IUD.. Most people do. I've used both mirena and paragard and still had a period with both.

I have implanon and my doctor said most women don't have periods on it. I still have mine so not true for everyone on birth control.
