great Scot! tell him yes
Themed weddings aren't a good idea - they don't age well. You want classic pics to commemorate a wedding, not ppl playing dress ups. If he is super keen on a theme, what about a themed engagment party instead?
it's not about them 'aging well'. it's about enjoying one of the best days if your life🤦🏿♀️
Sounds like all you care about is impressing others and being all "La to da." If that's your thing...I'm sure your wedding will be picture perfect, and to me perfectly boring. To each their own! I have friends that things like that matter a lot to, so not knocking you. I just don't get it! I always want to have a fun, silly time more than anything! It doesn't seem like trying to make everything perfect and look good would be all that much fun.

Cuz he wants to sleep with his mother? (Rewatch the movie)

Your fiancee is awesome.
Oh no he suggested something! Now the wedding is ruined. If only there was such a thing as discussing ideas and finding something both parties can agree to.
