Today, I realized I will never find love again. I broke down after I finally realized that no woman will love me like I used to be loved. I have not dated anyone for almost 10 years. I try to go on dates, to no avail. I will forever be alone and I will forever be tortured by my loneliness. FML

Today, I realized I'm a failure as a man. It's been 17 years since a woman even touched me. I grew up fatherless, have completely lost hope for any chance of a wife or kids. I'm 35 and never been in a relationship. I'm a complete failure because of all this, and have become a monster. FML

Today, after crying after remembering how horribly wrong it went, 10 years ago, with the only person I was ever able to trust enough to let them get close to me, and how no amount of therapy seems to help me, I read an FML about how nobody wants to date a 30 year-old who has never dated. I'm 29 and might as well give up. FML

Today, I realized that because of my past abusive relationship, I will never love anyone fully. In the back of my mind, I will always have a doubt, thinking that they don't want me or that I'm just a goal to achieve until they're ready to leave. It's to the point where I don't see a reason to try; everyone will leave and I'm OK with that. FML

Today, I realized ruined I'd my life forever when i broke up with the girl of my dreams by being stupid 11 years ago and I'm still missing her. I haven't been able to move on ever since, and she is now married and has a kid. Don't ever take anyone for granted, I know I deserve this but… FML

Today, I was finally alone for the first time in a year. I thought I'd go to a restaurant, but ended up getting there before they opened. While waiting, I listened to music, only to end up crying for several minutes because I haven't had a girlfriend since 2010, and never will again. FML

Today, my love life comes down to a choice in loneliness: I can either be alone, because I never meet anyone these days, let alone an interesting guy. Or, I can go back to my ex, who I left because he made me feel alone while sitting right next to him. FML

Respectfully, you need therapy. Nobody is going to put up with that attitude. Self deprecation and low key desperation are real turn offs. Expand your mind. Gain self respect. Learn to accept and be comfortable with yourself, then others will be. Who knows, love may follow, too.

If your’e not happy with yourself you’ll never be happy with anyone. Take advantage of your single time. Do things that make you happy and unique. Being in tune with yourself is attractive and will help attract the right person into your life. Don’t be overly desperate or cause drama those are huge turnoffs. Be yourself and the ones meant for you will stay in your life.
