In vain

Today, I waited in line at Subway. There were two people in front of me. The first lady had seven sandwiches and the second lady had four. So after patiently waiting, I ordered my sandwich, only to have my credit card declined. FML

Fat people have excellent credit. Is that the moral of the story?

Credit/debit cards are more convenient for the customer. You get paid by the hour. Quit your complaining. You should be grateful to swipe those credit cards. Many people don't have jobs.

I have to agree with OC, because whenever I'm on line and the person in front of me uses their card it takes forever. They take forever to take it out, then swipe it and stand there staring blankly for a few minutes. The person at the register then usually ends up having to tell the person to either swipe it another ten times or enter their pin. For some reason they're almost always incompetent it seems. @ OP, credit cards aren't magic, you actually have to pay them off. If you kept an eye on your balance then it wouldn't be getting declined. And it's always a good idea to have at least $20 in cash just in case.
