#70, if yoiu deport illegal immigrants people WILL take the jobs, it has happened in cities that cracked down on illegal immigration, and people will take those jobs more than ever now that almost 1 of 10 people is out of work (and that's not counting the people who dont collect unemployment) Plus if you're not paying people cash under the table and instead make the people with those jobs file income tax returns that WILL lead to a better economic situation.
Send in an appeal to have them take another look at updated info. They'll reverse in no time.
I work at a financial aid office for an university and you are federally guaranteed loans if you fill out the fafsa. Sure it isn't very much but it depends on how many credit hours you've completed. From 0-29 hours it is $5,500, from 30-59 credit hours it is $6,500, and from 60+ it is 7,500. For some reason that doesn't work out, there are always private loans out there that would lend to you. Just be careful of course, research their interest rates, repayment plans, etc. And there is usually a process called "special circumstance" that tries to account for changes not reflected in your fafsa, definitely inquire about that. okay I am done, good luck.
Request a professional judgement. Make a correction on your 0910 fafsa answer "yes" to the question "is anyone in your household a dislocated worker" if you can provide documenrtation this will automatically qualify you for the full PELL. You might still need loans depending on your cost of attendance. Talk to some one in the FA dept. I am a financial aid officer at a university I can tell you they have to help you! If your assinged counselor says No speak to the director. This is a federal guideline the must comply with. This is new to this years fafsa because of the economy. Thanks to Obama! Good luck! And sorry about your dads job.
tell them you're black...you'll get a free ride.
As the others have said, redo your FAFSA and talk to the school. My heart goes out to you. Good luck. :)
#16 you should have been aborted instead of being the burden you are...
