ydi for not knowing your rights as an employee. No manager may willfully endanger the health of their employees. What you did was extremely dangerous for your health and he should be reported. If nothing happens to him, call OSHA. This is coming from a federal firefighter.

Omg, what #23 said. Human feces is a biohazard. By law, your employer must tell you about anything that might potentially put your health at risk(OSHA). FYL for having to clean up someone else's shit.. I can't believe someone would poop on the floor and leave it there. Hopefully you had stuff to protect yourself (gloves, mask, etc). Next time tell your boss you can't do it ><. This is all assuming cleaning up shit isn't part of your job code.
