Today, while at work, my boss asked me to clean the bathroom. Someone had pooped on the floor and I stepped in it, dropping my manager's keys into the toilet. I then had to clean up my shoe and the floor, and put my hand in the toilet to get the keys. FML

Same thing different taste

Today, while using the restroom at work, I dropped my keys into the toilet. I left to find something to get them out and figured nobody would use a toilet with keys in it. I came back to a bowl of dung and "Shit happens" written on the wall in lipstick. FML

Today, I had to flush someone else's shit in the public washroom at work. It was so vile, I didn't want to get anywhere near it, so flushed it with my foot, only for it to slip off the handle and into the toilet. FML

Today, I took a dump at work. When I went to flush the toilet, it clogged and began to overflow. I left the bathroom as it was and as I walked out, my boss came in. FML

Today, I work maintenance at a warehouse store. I had to clean the men's stall because someone had pooped on the seat, the floor, and got some on the wall. When I took my break, I noticed that my fellow maintenance coworker had poop on his pants and shoes. I then realized that I just cleaned up his “mess.” FML

Today, I went in for an interview. While I was waiting to be called, I used the restroom. When I stood up to wipe, I slipped on the floor and fell ass first into the unflushed toilet. I was found an hour later, covered in my own shit and too injured to move. FML

Today, I was at work and I needed to pee. In my haste, I forgot to lock the door. A coworker walked in on me and I bolted up mid-stream to slam the door back shut. I had pee down my leg and pee squishing in my shoes for the rest of the day. I can still remember his tone of voice, yelling, "Sorry"! FML

I work at a 4 diamond hotel and someone shit all over the public restroom, smeared thier feces on a painting and all over the walls. They then shit puked and peed all over their room! I mean ALL over the room! This kind of thing happens everywhere! Its disquisting, lucky for me we have designated hazmat personel! OP, FYL, that bites.

#37, I don't think OP is a janitor...why would he be posting on FML? Honestly, I wouldn't be completely shocked if I signed up for a janitorial job. I certainly wouldn't be posting on FML. That would be like..."Today I had to pick up my neighbor's trash. They had bags filled with rotting food, which I could smell from 10 feet away. FML" AND neglecting to mention that he's a garbage man. While this sucks, the FML would be I'm a janitor or garbage man, not FML I had to do my job today..

One time I had to clean up menstrual blood that someone had smeared all over the walls and floor of the bathroom; toilet paper was stuck to the walls and everything. It was nasty. Another time I had to clean up a toilet that was so full of shit it was about to brim over the top.
