hahaha yeah... one homeless man asked me for coke and i told him i didn´t have any, that i could give him water and tuna... he started arguing and making me feel guilty and blah blah...
How do you say "who comes to this city without money?" and "apparently, you do." in Korean?
#27 - if you have issues with a crazy korean just yell out MITCHINAM OP - you rock!
You could say something like :"Noo Goo dohn ohp shi yeo gee aeh wah?" for "who comes here without money?" and "neo ha nun geos eo ro bo yeo jee" for "apparently you do". Please forgive the terrible transliteration, and also for Koreans out there, I'm sure there are better ways to say both. However, being a military Korean linguist, I'm not too good with informal speech. :/
Ha, you're right! it's also apparently really bad to say "byeong shin" or "ba bo ka tun nom". Even if a Korean local were to make me angry through, I wouldn't blatantly insult them- makes the other military personnel look bad.
YDI... but that doesn't mean it wasn't funny. Don't feel bad for it, that's pretty awesome.
I hope you learned your lesson, OP. Never help anyone.
**** hobos. Well done. I applaud you.
This was in Seoul, and it was a fellow American. Not sure how he ended up homeless and in Korea, but either way, it was pretty random.

I applaud your snappy comeback! I bet I'd have said the same thing, I mean, what right does a homeless man have to complain about people having no money to give him?
I heard that homeless people in prime locations can make up to $50,000 a year.
