Today, while on vacation, I realized my parents and grandparents had been running off and doing quite a few errands lately. After doing some sleuthing, I discovered they were taking turns having blood-curdling sex in our other hotel room down the hall. FML

Sex still exists after age 30 - deal with it. Well, except for the people who think having sex after that first wrinkle or grey hair shows up is disgusting - you guys can enjoy living the last 2/3 of your life as celibates.

Everyone who voted "I agree, your life sucks" needs to grow the **** up. If anything, the fact OP's parents & grandparents have an active sex life is a _good_ thing for OP. If they are old, good for them! And who said they're old, anyway? If OP's, say 15, the parents mid-30s ish and the grandparents early-to-mid 50s, nobody is old.

I vote his life suck not because his parent and grandparent still manage to have an active sex life. I vote it suck because that he found out. Imagine you see your parent and/or your grand parent having sex. that would fk up my vacation.

Actually, I can't see how the great sex life of family members can possible influence OP's life in a (good) way. I'm pretty sure my parents haven't much of a sex life anymore, and that's nor a good nor a bad thing for me. It's none of my bussiness. The thought of family members having sex tends to be unpleasant, therefore I voted FYL.

#70: OP found out, but there's no indication that ey actually saw anything, so it's basically a no big deal. #71: It doesn't necessarily influence anything (hence my "if anything"), but it is indicative of both OP's parents and grandparents maintaining healthy relationships, which can be good for OP. I can understand not wanting to actively imagine your family having sex, but if the mere knowledge is unpleasant, you need to, as I said, grow the **** up.
