Today, I got my first tattoo. I didn't realise that the font I chose uses a fancy capital L that can easily be mistaken for a capital F. It looks like I have "I'm A Good Fuck Charm" tattooed on my wrist. FML

Most of the time the tattoo shop has a book of lower case and capital letters. You should have also seen the trace before they applied it.

A good tattoo artist will draw your tattoo on a piece of transfer paper to make sure you like it before working. How did you not you see what the "L" looked like before you got the tattoo?

on your wrist? I would understand if it's on your back or a place that's hard to see. But when I got my tattoo's, it was on the computer screen several times, printed out, stenciled, and after all that, only then start the tattoo. In this entire process, you never noticed the L looks like an F? YDI
