Today, my 13 year-old son had a seizure in the middle of his history class. We were at the hospital for three hours and several expensive tests later he informed me he faked the seizure so he could get out of a group presentation. He was so proud that he was such a good actor. FML

Take that money spent out of any gifts/allowances he was going to get in any future holiday or birthday. Maybe that will teach him not to do something so serious.

I'm not even going to lie, that's pretty impressive.

I kinda feel for this kid because I hated everything about group projects in school. As a teacher, I have never assigned one. That said, he should've fessed up the minute he was off school grounds.

In 7th grade I faked feeling dizzy to get out of presenting... Went to the hospital only to find out I really had a seriously low white blood cell count. The moment when taking discovers a true problem.

You just found out the perfect career for your son, OP. Sometimes, you think about the positives to an FML too.

I actually had a seizure at school in 9th grade. It's humiliating and terrifying, especially because I wet my pants and had to be taken away in a ambulance. Ground the little shit until he moves out and make him pay for the bills.

I'd ground the little shit ... Indefinitely!!!

Hope you're gonna make him pay you back for everything insurance doesn't cover or everything if you don't have insurance.

Haha! U should put him in an acting class.

As an epileptic, I'm annoyed. We get it bad enough, most people don't understand epilepsy as it is, now even more people will think it's just a joke. However, kids do stupid things, and it's not your fault. FYL
