Are you saying you usually throw your cigarette off the balcony, without even extinguishing it? Not only is that littering, it's extremely irresponsible. What if the bud drifts onto someone else's balcony and starts a fire? Dropped cigarettes are the leading cause of house fires in the USA.

I think people are being a bit harsh to the OP...he wasn't necessarily completely shit-faced (it's the kind of thing I'd definitely end up doing stone cold sober), and half the people on this are acting so holier-than-thou, as if they've never had a sip of alcohol in their entire lives.
