lol this reminds me of when i was like 10 and my mom bought me a tube top dress thing and i was like 'sweet my first tube top' and then one day i tried wearing it and my mom was like "TAKE THAT OFF YOU CAN'T WEAR IT LIKE THAT, THAT IS A SKIRT". it really was a tube top but she bought it thinking it was a skirt. haha :) it would have made a very ugly skirt though. I wasn't allowed to wear it as a top anymore :-/

um....no one had to tell her it was a skirt! It is (or should be) well know that tube tops double as skirts and skirts double as tube tops. She should have said "I have that exact same skirt, I never realized you could wear it as a top?"
well, just think of it as fashion dares. wear it whichever way you think is most beautiful :) who cares what others think :D

Wow, not all of us are rich enough to replace our whole wardrobe several times a year. I can only afford to buy new clothes when I need them or with some of my christmas money, so most of my clothes are between 1-5 years old. Why buy new clothes if the ones you have work perfectly fine? I mean, I understand if you're a young teenager and still growing so need to get new clothes because of growth spurts, but stop being a rich jerk because if you look good it doesn't even matter. Why don't you save the environment and stop buying whole new wardrobes several times a year!

Your a ******* Idiot if you think True Religion and Juicy Couture are expensive clothes. There average / regular clothes at the most. I would consider Goyard slightly expensive.

How do you mistake a skirt for a tube top?
To #1: it can be really easy. esspecially these days where skirt can be mistaken for belts. And to OP, youre not from Burlington are you? Cause I saw someone wearing what was clearly a skirt as a top a few months ago...
