Umm yes it is. Unless you specifically tell someone you're not monogamous, it's cheating. Monogamy is the standard. If you don't fit that standard (and that's fine) you need to tell people otherwise they'll assume you're monogamous. And honestly most cheaters totally flip out when they get cheated on. Oddly enough most polygamist men flip out at the thought of their women being with another man too. I'll never understand that.
