Today, my dad is getting married for the 4th time. First it was my mom, then as they got older, he married a woman 10 years his junior, then his third wife was my age and 28 years his junior. Now at the grand old age of 64, he is marrying a 22 year old, 42 years his junior, almost 2 decades younger than me. FML

Today, my father told all of us that he eloped with his girlfriend of two months. I'm engaged to the woman's daughter, and have been engaged since before they met, but now my family is making fun of me for marrying my "sister". FML

She's taking you shopping? You know, you don't HAVE to go with her. If you don't like the idea of her buying you something, DON'T GO. And you ALSO don't have to call her mom! Just cause she married your dad doesn't mean she can tell you what to do. You're obviously an adult, do what you want, and move out while you're at it.

You know, it could be possible that OP might be like 24 years old, and if she is 3 years older than her fathers wife, then his wife might be like 20-21 years old. Maybe its not so bad, but it is still annoying. OP, I suggest just to move out with a friend or something :)
