Dude, if you are having problems taking your bra off maybe you can get by with a pull over sports bra, that is if your man boobs aren't too big, they go up to cup size C . Another bonus is that the sports bras don't have a lot of lace, which because you're a guy might appeal to you...unless you would rather wear a lacy bra, then you should just learn how to unhook them like us women did.

just use your index finger and thumb, pinch the mechanism together, then pull the side with the hooks. my first gf had to show me that back in the day. lol. or u could just leave the chicks bra on, or demand she take it off. lol. anyways, hope my post is useful to someone, because boobie lockdown is a serious problem in america.
