Today, I rode my bike to work. While biking on the road, I gave a hand signal for turning left. A car passing the opposite way veered towards me and attempted to give me a high five. I now have cuts all over my body and my bike is in two pieces. FML

That totally sucks! More bike riders should use hand signals. They don't have turn-signals on their bike like a car does. I vote its an FYL since the moron driving obviously wasn't paying attention in driver's ed.

Yeah guys, he should totally get a car, what a douche bag. He should be awesome like the rest of us and emit tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere all the time. Global warming isn't happening fast enough! And it's not like cars are expensive or anything. Duh! Even a poor college grad in an entry level job can afford one if he skips out on the ramen for a few weeks. Okay, enough sarcasm for your puny minds. If he bikes to work, he most likely lives in the city, where a car would be stupid to go faster than 30 mph on a busy main road, and a cyclist CAN keep up with that. It's as if you're ******** on a motorcycle owner. Lmao that sucks. And FYI guys, its healthy to ride a bike every now and then. Don't be all like "ydi, its the 21st century, get a car!". If more people rode bikes, there would be a lot less fat people. Not to mention it's way better for the environment. Although, after this little accident, the OP is probly more inclined to drive a car from now on x)

hearing you on the "retards didn't pay attention in driver's ed" thing. jeeesus. including some of the fine folks here. dudes! look up the ******* law before you go around accusing other people of not doing the right thing. it ain't that hard. you might learn something. and if you don't like those laws, well, by golly. i guess you'll just have to start advocating for better bike lanes for all us slowpokes who haven't caught up with your expensive, lazy fuuuuturistic ways. or feel free to buy us all hybrids, that'd be awesome. go on, i'll wait here. see you when you get back from the dealership.
