Smart people know not to mess with those who are handling their food. ;-)

I worked fast food for almost six months, and eventually, the stress was too much. People were so rude, and it sickens me the way restaurant workers get treated. Most had no manners whatsoever, and I wanted to punch the majority of customers right in the mouth. Take comfort that you're not alone.

I'm guessing you were in Toronto. Or in the Toronto area.

Maybe you should take that as a hint?

That was incredibly rude, however if you are that over weight it is not surprising someone would make a comment to you if you're recommending a dessert without being asked.

the customer is just a prick. you were being nice so try to let the insults just roll off you. easier said than done I know but that's all I do.
