Running

Today, I ran one of the hardest cross-country courses in the country. I'm a pretty good runner, and I was feeling confident for the first mile. Then the Chipotle from last night's dinner hit, and my legs weren't the only thing running. FML

At least it wasn't track where everyone would be watching you.

I am also a runner, and the cross country courses get a lot of views too, and it's usually a 5k while track races are usually on the shorter side, so OP had to suffer for longer

At least OP isn't a swimmer and leaving a leaving a brown trail...

and BTW who reached first? your legs or your post chipotle diet...

Why the hell would you eat chipotle the night before a race?

Eating Chipolte makes you shit blood. South Parks teaches us many valuable lessons.

The golden rule of running a race. Choose the foods you are going to eat the day before very carefully. YDI

I would have expected that from eating at Taco Bowels. I've eaten at Chipotle's once or twice and not had the runs from it.

yeah, I eat at Chipotle pretty frequently, and it's never given me diarrhea. McDonalds causes way more intestinal distress.

YDI but damn dude that sucks. You get a FYL too.
