some places take action before they hear your side of the story. its not fair, but then again neither is life. and in some states you can be fired without reason if your under a certain age or if you've only been working their for a short period of time.

You can easily prove your innocence. Now if you tried that and still got fired, then it's a FYL.
file a complaint. prove that you weren't on the schedule for that day. then report your coworkers.
