Well I've never stabbed myself in the chest, but I'm pretty sure it's not a good idea. Intelligent people don't have to do something stupid to discover that it's stupid, which is probably the reason only a tiny minority of students at my university smoke. Also, it does not take a lot of second-hand smoke to harm other people. I myself am allergic to cigarette smoke, so I can't be near smokers at all. On more than one occasion I have collapsed in the street because there were too many smokers around and my lungs seized up. Incidentally, logic based on morals doesn't make any sense. Your personal morality/ethics is subjective, whereas logic is objective. Logic built on a foundation of personal opinion is fine when others agree with your opinion, but means nothing to those who do not. Finally, resorting to personal attacks and punctuating every other sentence with profanity may add to the value of your argument wherever you are, but to an intelligent person it weakens your position. So please leave out the 'dumb bitch' and 'go the **** away' should you choose to continue posting.

But when it comes to using drugs, yes I believe one should use before having an opinion, unless their opinion is "whatever, its not for me" I wouldn't have a problem with them. When said person calls you weak willed and feels superior because they don't use, that's when I have a problem. Do you understand? Other types of smoke have no effect on me, it's the chemicals in cigarette smoke that screw me up, but even if it was any type of smoke and BBQs stopped me breathing it wouldn't matter because people don't walk down the street dragging a BBQ behind them.
