My husband and I both got fat after marriage. After a few years had passed, I told him i was unhappy with our sex life and he retorted that he doesnt enjoy sex since we both got fat. Over the following 6 months I lost 20 kilos through diet and exercise, he barely even moved off the couch. After another year had passed and nothing had changed, he was still unwilling to make any effort and was still uninterested in me...I divorced him (not the only reason BTW). Shit happens in marriage, people get fat, lazy or complacent and it either affects things or it doesn't. Its when you stop caring or making an effort for the other person that things are getting ****** up. So good on her for making half an effort to spice things up, good on him for being honest (even if it seems rough) ....if she wants to hit the gym because it matters to her what he thinks then she will..... or she might give up on sex altogether or she might cheat on him...and that would be way worse than swallowing her pride and taking care of her health for the sake of their marriage. I sincerely hope its not stretch marks from carrying his children....if it is, then he's an asshole.
