Why yes, it may have been his party, and it may have been him who supplied the booze, but was it he who forced you to drink it underage? It was YOUR decision to drink, not his. It was also your fault those pics got on FB. If you hadn't been drinking, this wouldn't happen. He has every given right to fire you, and you have no right to complain.

Rule number one in regards to work & social life .. never ever be friends with people u work with on Facebook; rule number two, if u drink at a work party, don't get trashed, if ur underage .. don't drink at all .. I'm 17, and have worked since I was 14 full time, and attended many work functions, even when I have been pressured to drink by co-workers, I have not accepted even one drink, it's common sense and responsibility
