This is why they say "just because you can doesn't mean you should". Regardless of the fact that he provided alcohol at his party, you were drinking underage. It wasn't his responsibility to make sure that you specifically did not. Also, if you posted the pictures yourself, you should know better, because any of your future jobs or future colleges are at liberty to look up your name on the internet, and find your web pages to see if they portray you as being someone they may or may not want involved with them.

you're still underage... it was your boss' party and he supplied the booze, but he's not going to babysit you.. and these are the type of reasons i decided to get rid of my facebook,

Ummm, dumbasses, nobody said OP posted the pictures on facebook. OP said the pictures were on facebook. Anyone at the party could have posted them.

He had to fire you to save himself. While I think America has a ridiculous drinking age, the law is the law, and you have to be a bit more discreet.
