Why do people think cats are shit pets? You can do a lot with cats. They are friendly, cuddly animals that are really affectionate, and catnip is the funniest thing.

I never got to have a pet cat because when my dad was younger he had a pet cat that would sit on the fridge all day & attack anyone who came near it (even family)

Really? Why would you hit YDI? It wasn't OP's fault that he yelled, when you're mad, you normally have a tendency to do things you regret, to add on that, the stress from the issues with his girlfriend along with his cat dying before his eyes is absolutely heartbreaking.
