really, what's so bad with the OP reporting it? sure, the OP had something as well, but it doesn't say that she didn't try and talk to the friend first. she may have said something, but the friend didn't listen, hence why she got sick of it. so quit it with the coniving and tattler things, k.
YOU ARE SO GAY
No, there's a very big deal with reporting it; 1. She's doing the wrong thing as well so to even think of reporting her "friend" is being a hypocrit, not to mention that she didn't even think to clean up her own mess beforehand, so she's an idiot to top it off. 2. If you have a problem, you switch dorms, but you don't campus police involved because you just put a huge freakin crosshair on not just your living space, but you and your friend as well as well as anyone else associated with you and her. 3. You don't ever underestimate your friends or their friends because once they find out you tried to screw them over, they may do the same. Look at this situation; not only did her plan back fire, but now when the friend finds out what was going on, imagine what's going to happen now. All-in-all, she could've possibly ruined her college life because she just couldn't switch dorms. YDI, you're an idiot.
haven't you read That was then this is now?
#338, but it doesnt say that her pills were prescribed or not. its highly likely they werent, cos she didnt say it, but they may have been. plus, i cant imagine it'd be that easy to change rooms, and if she couldnt and had to wait til the end of the year, thats another 5 or 6 months putting up with it. its only april, she'd have ages to wait, which would suck.
to the OP... you are ignorant and offensive in thinking that what happened to you deserves any sort of sympathy. When I was in college a girl in my dorm snitched because of an "odor" coming from my room. Not only did she fail to approach me first with her concerns, she created MANY enemies out of reasonable and kind people who might have otherwise been her friends. MORE IMPORTANTLY- I have spent the past few years of my life economically, emotionally, and physically paying for getting "busted" with marijuana. I smoked an ounce daily because of a debilitating condition which causes severe pain. I have been prescribed a disgusting amount of pharmaceuticals which do nothing but numb me and induce nausea (for which the marijuana does wonders). Now I can't smoke (probation), so I lie in bed in pain all night until I have to get up and work my two jobs in order to pay off my lawyers and court fees. I am no longer a student and my record is tarnished all because a bitch like you decided to take MY LIFE in her hands. WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT? OP and others who are suggesting he/she was correct... take your heads out of your assholes.
To all of you saying that smoking weed is wrong because its illegal, go **** yourselves. Have you ever gone over the speed limit, or not stopped completely at a stop sign, or had a drink underage? Because if you have, congrats, you just broke the law. Just because something is illegal doesn't make it wrong, just look at all of the slavery laws that have existed throughout history. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it and the rest of us will enjoy the weed that we put in ours

That is what you get for being a hypocrite, jackass.
So rather than telling her you're sick of her smoking in your room, you rat her out? YDI
