Suspicious mind

By Anonymous - This FML is from back in 2016 but it's good stuff - United States - Youngsville

Today, after two weeks of intense detective work, I found out my wife isn't cheating on me after all. She really has just been going out and playing table tennis with her friend like she said. Who the hell even plays table tennis? FML

I'm sorry to read that, OP. Perhaps you two could see a counselor until she's comfortable enough to stop playing table tennis and start cheating on you.

So is the FML that your wife plays table tennis or...

The real problem here is you and your obsessive suspicion. Im guessing this won't be the last time this happens and honestly I hope she divorces you. Trust is everything.

You should have spent those two weeks of "intense detective work" finding your own hobby instead. Having your own interests will probably make you more self confident and less paranoid.

Well...if you count 'intense detective work' as a hobby, then you could say he's already found one. Still, OP, you're an ass. Have more trust in your wife and maybe she'll invite you to play a few games of table tennis.

What I want to say has already been said by most of the people here, but yeah, YDI.

Would you rather she cheated? I'm trying to figure out why this is an FML.

They wasted two weeks of their life because they believed that people didn't actually play table tennis ??

I didn't mean to say "your life sucks", so ignore a vote.

Well I'm not sure why you needed write this if your wife was honest . It sound like you think this game is weird. By the way to you who plays table tennis I counter with it is in the olympics so take that.

**** your wife's life with a husband like that. :/

Why is this an fml??? I would love hearing that someone I love is not cheating on me.

So you feel your life sucks because your wife is loyal to you? This could've ended with her actually cheating, you should be glad it didn't and that she's truthful. As for the "who the hell even plays table tennis?" part, it's actually fun and enjoyable when you play with friends. I myself haven't played it since I was about 11, but my friend and I had fun last time we played.
